Right of withdrawal
Not completely satisfied or ordered the wrong product? Then you can return the product unused within 28 days of receipt. You have the legal right to register a product for return within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After this notification, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.
After receipt of the return, we will credit the purchase amount (+ any shipping costs) within a period of 14 days, or if if desired, we will exchange the product.

Defective or wrong product received?
Our products are carefully checked and packed before sending. However, it is possible that you do not receive a product in a good condition or that you have received a wrong product which you have not ordered. If this occurs, you can contact our customer service. You can contact us via the contact form or send an email directly to our email address info@hairsweets.nl stating your order number. All inquiries by e-mail will be answered within 24 hours. For a quick and correct handling, it is useful if you can send some photos of the defect or of the incorrectly received product so that we can offer a suitable solution.
